What is it made out of?
Foam Clouds are synthesized from proprietary eco
friendly foam formulations and lighter-than-air
gases.
How long do they last?
Foam Clouds are designed to last for as long as their visual impact is needed. Specific formulations are available to provide a life expectancy of a few minutes to an hour or so. The visual impact also greatly depends on atmospheric conditions such as wind and relative humidity. On average,
Foam Clouds last for 30 to 40 minutes.
Will they travel over my target? Our certified
Foam Cloud tech will place the Foam Cloud machine in the optimum location.
Foam Clouds travel with the direction of the current wind flow, and the winds can change at higher altitudes.
Foam Clouds, however, are highly visible as they take flight to hundreds, even thousands, of feet and then travel for miles before evaporating.
How far and high can they travel?
Foam Clouds can travel from 1 to 30 miles and float as high as 5000 feet. They fly slowly, so they are visible for a long period of time.
How complex of a logo can be made?
Our designers use Foam Cloud software to develop and
test custom shapes. The Foam Cloud machines are
available multiple sizes and can be customized for
any budget. The larger the
Foam Cloud machine, the more complex the logo can be.
How long will it take to develop our
Foam Cloud? Our in house art department
will design and produce your Foam Cloud stencil.
Test photos and videos will be provided for your
approval. Our testing is very thorough so
please schedule your event in advance.
Are they environmentally safe?
Foam Clouds are Green and 100% environmentally safe.
Can you color them?
Foam Clouds currently come in white, but we have been successively testing color
Foam Clouds. For an additional charge, we can produce
Foam Clouds in a limited number of colors.
How many
Foam Clouds per minute can be produced? With each
Foam Cloud machine, on average, one Foam Cloud will be produced every 15 to 50 seconds, depending on the machine size and desired thickness. We recommend at least two machines for events, so
Foam Clouds will fly approximately every 7 to 25 seconds, again, depending on the machine size and desired thickness.
What sizes are the
Foam Clouds? Our Foam Clouds come in shapes
ranging from 12 inches up to 48 inches.
Are
Foam Clouds FAA approved? Due to the fact
that Foam Clouds have no mass and are made mostly of water and air, they do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). It is a standard
Foam Cloud policy, however, that if a Foam Cloud event is taking place within 5 miles of an airport, we notify the tower that we will be flying
Foam Clouds nearby.
Can I buy a
Foam Cloud Machine? Foam Cloud machines are only available through our authorized
Foam Cloud dealers. Foam Cloud machines are rented in blocks of time and are operated by a certified
Foam Cloud operator.
Who are your
Foam Clouds clients? We have performed hundreds of
Foam Cloud events for clients such as Nintendo, Walt Disney World, the Sheraton, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the list goes on. We have done events such as parades, festivals, grand openings, concerts, and sporting events. The sky is not the limit anymore!
How do you transport the
Foam Cloud machines? Due to the size and weight of the machines, they are transported by trailer. Each machine rolls on large air tires for easy movement.
What are the electrical requirements? Each
Foam Cloud machine requires a minimum of one 20 amp circuit. Every
Foam Cloud trailer is equipped with generator power for remote
Foam Cloud events.
Can
Foam Cloud events be performed inside? Yes,
Foam Clouds can be used inside with very entertaining results. Generally, the higher the ceiling, the better the effect.
Our trained technicians can adjust the rate of
production, the height they travel, and also the
rate of evaporation.
How long does it take to set up a
Foam Cloud event? Foam Cloud machines have been designed for the event industry so they are built into functional road cases. Set up and break down are both less than 30 minutes when performed by trained
Foam Cloud technicians.
Is it possible to change the
Foam Cloud stencil in one machine? Yes, stencils can be changed out as many times as the client requests. We have performed events with multiple sponsors where several different custom
Foam Clouds have been flown concurrently. At these events, the stencils were typically switched out every 15 minutes, but we will accommodate your particular need. We also have several standard shapes available for your event along with your custom
Foam Cloud's).
